Aleardo Veschi
Aleardo is one of the founding partners of Hunter Capital and has extensive experience in transactions in the Healthcare sector and in the execution of mergers & acquisitions.
Before founding Hunter Capital in 2015, he was responsible for M&A in the Investment Banking area of Banco Original, managing partner for M&A at the financial boutique LatinFinance Advisory & Research, and worked with recovering credits at the credit portfolio management company Credigy Soluções Financeiras.
Aleardo holds a BA in Business Administration from FGV-Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, with an emphasis on Corporate Finance and Financial Markets.

Robert Chalita
Robert is one of the founding partners of Hunter Capital and has extensive experience in the Consumer, Apparel, Retail and Telecommunications sectors, and in the origination of mergers & acquisitions and capital markets.
Before founding Hunter Capital in 2015, he was a senior banker in the Investment Banking area of Banco Original, a managing partner for business origination at the financial boutique LatinFinance Advisory & Research, and part of the Investment Banking team at HSBC Brasil, Santander Brasil, Banco Bozano, Simonsen and Banco Pactual.
Robert holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from PUC-Pontificia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro.

Marcos Monteiro
Marcos has been a member of Hunter Capital since May 2019. Prior to joining Hunter Capital, he was a private equity analyst at Tarpon Investimentos, a project finance analyst at Daemon Investimentos and an intern in Mergers and Acquisitions and Debt Restructuring at G5 | Evercore.
Marcos holds a BA in Economic Sciences from Insper in São Paulo.

Eduardo Rangel
Eduardo is one of the founding partners of Hunter Capital and has more than 20 years of experience in fundraising, in capital markets and in the Technology and Power sectors.
Before founding Hunter Capital in 2015, he worked as an independent financial advisor to the health technology company Orizon and to the investor relations firm MZ Consult. He was a senior banker in the Investment Banking areas of Brasil Plural and Bradesco BBI, head of the Investment Banking area of HSBC Brasil and head of Capital Markets for ING Brasil and Banco Pactual.
Eduardo holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from PUC-Pontificia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro.

Guilherme é associado senior da Hunter Capital desde agosto/2021. Possui extensa experiência no mercado financeiro, especialmente nas áreas de Capital Markets e Equity Research, com foco nos segmentos de Consumo, Varejo, Saúde e Educação. Guilherme liderou o time de Consumo e Varejo no sell-side da corretora Safra. Anteriormente, trabalhou em Equity Strategy no Citibank, Equity Research na Brasil Plural, Raymond James e no Morgan Stanley. Antes de trabalhar em Equity Research, Guilherme trabalhou por oito anos na área de mercado de capitais na divisão de banco de investimento do Santander.
Guilherme é Bacharel em Administração de Empresas pela EAESP-Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
